REGISTER Your Interest

Please fill out this form to let us know you are interested in attending 814's Summer School. This information will help form the session days and time blocks for each course. The goal is to get as many students accommodated in their appropriate courses as much as possible.

After we receive your form, you will get an email at the address provided with the school's waiver and session booking instructions. Please be sure to fill this out registration form out if you are interested in attending the school! It's not a commitment, but it does let us know you want to attend in the future, whether that is now or later this summer.
